Submitting a request
To make it easy for us to process your request, please provide:

1. For Your Own Request
   
   • The full name, username, and email address associated with your account.
   • A valid email address to confirm your request (or raise a support ticket while logged in).
2. For Authorized Agents
   
   • The full name and email address of the person you represent.
   • A valid power of attorney or similar legal documentation to verify authorization.
   • If sharing personal information, please encrypt the document for your protection.
